How do you join?

If you are a new member into the pension scheme you’ll need to complete either a Group Flexible Retirement Plan (GFRP) or Group Self Invested Personal Pension (GSIPP) application form (depending on the type of contract you require) and return it to the address at the end of the page.

Recently been promoted to Partner?

You may already be a member of the staff section of the LCP GFRP, however all LCP payments stop when you become a Partner. You will need to start making payments from your own bank account. Complete a  Direct Debit Mandate and return it to the address at the end of the page, confirming your existing plan number and the amount you'd like to pay. Your payments will be invested in line with your current investment instruction. If you would like to change it, you can do this by logging in  or by contacting us.

If you'd like to start self-investing and are already a member making payments to your plan, complete and return the  Group Flexible Retirement Plan to Group Self Invested Personal Pension - Switch Form

You also have the option to upgrade to a GSIPP. The GSIPP can be used for regular monthly payments, single payments and consolidating other pension arrangements into the one plan.

Fees and charges

LCP has negotiated enhanced terms for Level 1 investments, which means you’ll receive a rebate.

Your rebate will be broadly equivalent to 0.83% each year of the current value of your plan.

The rebate will be given to you each month as additional units in the funds in which you’re invested. If you leave your employer, the rebate on all funds will remain in place.
